Privacy policy

Will He Play? is a static website. You can use it without an account, and we don’t sell or share personal information.

What we collect

• No accounts and no tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Analytics. We don’t run third-party analytics today. If we add a privacy-focused, cookieless tool (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics), we will list it here.
• Newsletter. Newsletter subscriptions are handled by beehiiv. Our sign-up form doesn’t store anything on this site: it opens our beehiiv sign-up page (willheplay.beehiiv.com), where you enter and confirm your email. beehiiv stores your email address and subscription details to deliver the newsletter, and every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Links to other sites

Pages link to third-party sites (such as data sources and, in future, sportsbook or fantasy operators). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Because we don’t hold personal information beyond the host’s standard logs, there is usually nothing to export or delete, but you can still ask: use the contact address we will publish on this page.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
